Return Policy

Analog Ethos LLC will accept returns for a refund within 30 days of shipment of the original purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions. The return policy is available to the first purchaser only.

Standard products available for purchase through the Analog Ethos website are eligible for a full refund. Custom amplifiers and products modified to altered specifications under agreement between the customer and Analog Ethos are generally eligible for a refund minus a 15% custom build fee, unless otherwise noted in the purchase agreement.

The purchaser must first contact Analog Ethos by email at analogethos@gmail.com for notification and authorization of the return. If opened, the product should be packed carefully using the original packaging, sent via a reliable shipper, and insured. Analog Ethos is not liable for the return shipping costs.

Once received and verified, a refund will be issued within a reasonable time to the payment method used originally.

Returns are not accepted for:

A product that has been damaged for any reason other than defects covered by the Analog Ethos LLC Warranty for materials and construction. See the Warranty for further definition of what is and is not covered.
Products that have been modified in any way from original purchase condition.
Kit amplifiers that have had any assembly steps started. Kit amplifiers are eligible for return only if unused (unassembled).
Certain custom amplifiers may be ineligible for return or refund due to unique conditions; terms of returns will be specified explicitly under the purchase agreement for those products.

Warranty Policy

Analog Ethos LLC warrants amplifier products to be free from defects in materials and construction for three years from the original date of purchase, and agrees to cover the cost of parts and labor required to correct any defect, subject to terms and conditions. Tubes supplied with the amplifier are covered for six months from the original date of purchase. The warranty is offered to the first purchaser only.

If the product fails in normal use during the warranty period, Analog Ethos will repair the product within a reasonable time after it has been returned. Analog Ethos is not liable for shipping costs to transport the product to or from the repair location in the US.

The purchaser must first contact Analog Ethos by email at analogethos@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. If the product must be shipped for repairs, it should be packed carefully using the original packaging, sent via a reliable shipper, and insured.

Any servicing or modification that has been done on the amplifier by another person other than Analog Ethos LLC will void the warranty.

The warranty does not cover:

Damages not caused as a direct result of defects in materials and construction of the amplifier.
Damages caused by unusual or unreasonable use, or by failure to follow the operating instructions.
Damage caused by accident, improper cleaning or appropriate placement or storage.

Unless otherwise noted, tubes supplied with products are new. Tubes vary in characteristics and Analog Ethos provides no guarantee to meet particular measurements on a tube tester or for distortion measurements.

This warranty is offered for Analog Ethos fully assembled amplifiers only. Analog Ethos kit amplifiers that are built by the purchaser are not covered by any warranty.
